Stress Starting around conception the fluid in the embryo also becomes shaped and imprinted according to how we respond to stresses or traumas. At that time the embryo is 98% fluid! If our genetic constitution or environment is unable to reduce the effects of these painful experiences, they have great potential to become imprinted in the developing brain, body and fluids. This imprinting may become places of distress, until such time that we are able to access the resources to change and resolve them such as with Primary Respiration and stillness. These abnormal patterns change the density and shape of the fluids leading to a sense of inner discomfort and hindering the ability of the potency of Primary Respiration to manifest at a cellular level. Our responses to current situations are conditioned by past experience held within our brain and body. They are commonly caused by factors such as fetal distress, emotional and psychological trauma, even embryological stress can cause life long problems. |
