Fitness

Everyone's fitness level is unique and needs to be accessed. Each client is interviewed in depth to find out what habits, likes, and dislikes are important. Training programs are set up based on your input.

A nutritional evaluation is included in the training package.

Nutrition programs are offered as well. This is a 'no nonsense' 'no shortcut' client particapation program.
