Valerie Gora:

Valerie graduated with a 4.0 GPA from the Chicago School of Massage Therapy in 1998. She has been a nationally certified personal trainer since 1992 and she graduated from the Health and Sports Institute of Chicago in 1996. Valerie has been an ALACE trained Birth Doula since 2000. She completed her 700 hour Biodynamic Craniosacral foundation training in 2003.

She has advanced studies and certifications in Pre and Peri-natal massage, Advanced Myofascial Release, Advanced Craniosacral Therapy, Infant Massage, and multiple health and fitness specialties.

She practiced for 8 years in Illinois, specializing in specific relief massage with migraines, shoulder, back and hip injuries, mastectomy recovery, chronic pain and fibromyalgia, and pregnancy massage.

Today she has a practice in North Palm Beach, FL. Her business consists of Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Pre & Peri-natal massage, Birth Preparation and Labor Doula.

She is an educator in massage therapy, craniosacral therapy and is approved to teach continuing education in the state of Florida.
